Aesthetic Nurse Injector | Founder of Arabella Boutique Med Spa
I’ve been a nurse for almost 30 years—23 of those in the ICU. While working in critical care, I discovered aesthetics, and my passion quickly grew. As my injector practice took off, I eventually had to choose between hospital nursing and aesthetics. I made the decision to leave the hospital behind and dedicate myself fully to aesthetic nursing. I’ve now been an aesthetic nurse injector for 15 years.
The reality is that this market has become oversaturated with injectors—many of whom are very new, undertrained, or unsafe. I’ve seen a significant rise in patients coming to me for corrections after filler or neurotoxin treatments that went wrong elsewhere or simply left them unhappy with their results.
This is why choosing an injector should NEVER be based on the lowest price tag, the biggest social media following, or the recommendation of a paid “influencer.” Experience, safety, and medical expertise truly matter—and those things can’t be replaced by discounts or popularity.

Dr Jason Wright

Collaborating Physician
Dr. Jason Wright is a highly skilled, board-certified cosmetic surgeon with extensive experience in the field. Since 2014, he has been dedicated to providing exceptional cosmetic expertise to his patients.
Dr. Wright completed his undergraduate degree at Washington State University before pursuing his medical degree at Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in Bradenton, FL. Following the completion of medical school, he embarked on a rigorous general surgery and trauma residency in Detroit, MI.
To further refine his skills and broaden his knowledge, Dr. Wright sought additional training in Salt Lake City, UT, where he successfully completed a comprehensive fellowship in total body and facial cosmetic surgery at Vincent Surgical Arts, accredited by the esteemed American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery.
After the completion of his fellowship, Dr. Wright joined Vincent Surgical Arts, where he honed his expertise for an entire year before establishing his own medical practice. In 2015, he proudly opened Wright Surgical Arts in Tri-Cities, WA.
With a state-of-the-art surgical center at his disposal, Dr. Wright specializes in full-body cosmetic surgery, providing transformative procedures for both the face and body.
Izabella Klima
MSN, APRN, FNP-BC | Aesthetic Nurse Injector
Izabella is a dual board-certified Nurse Practitioner with 15 years of nursing experience, including 5 years in aesthetic medicine. She specializes in neurotoxins, facial balancing, and achieving natural, refined results.
Her interest in aesthetics began with learning the fundamentals of proper skincare and has grown into a passion for ongoing education and advanced aesthetic techniques. Izabella is dedicated to continually expanding her knowledge to provide the safest and most effective treatments for her patients.
She values building strong connections with her clients and takes a personalized approach to enhance each person’s natural features. Izabella is passionate about helping others feel confident and comfortable in their own skin. She believes her patients deserve to look and feel their best, and that true beauty comes from both the inside and out.
Luisa Vega
BSN, RN | Aesthetic Nurse Injector
Luisa is a board certified registered nurse. She received her BSN from Loyola University Chicago. She has more than five years of experience specializing in cosmetic injectables. Luisa has trained with some of the aesthetic industry’s leading injectors and stays current with the latest techniques and treatments to deliver optimal results. She believes every client deserves a personalized approach, taking the time to carefully assess facial anatomy and develop a customized treatment plan that aligns with each individual’s aesthetic goals. Known for her gentle technique and artistic eye, Luisa focuses on creating natural balanced results that enhance and refresh her clients unique features. She is passionate about helping clients feel confident and looks forward to being part of your aesthetic journey.

Prior to starting nursing school, I knew exactly where my heart was- with aesthetics. I started out by working in the operating room and then transitioned to bedside nursing. All during this time I was working on advancing my aesthetic career by taking injectable courses. I pride myself on creating treatment plans based on the patients aesthetic goals and personal anatomy. I focus on delivering natural-looking results that enhance each client’s unique features rather than change them.
My approach combines medical expertise, attention to detail, and a commitment to patient education. I believe every treatment should begin with a thoughtful consultation where we discuss goals, expectations, and the best options to achieve balanced, refreshed results. Whether it’s smoothing fine lines, restoring volume, or enhancing facial harmony, my goal is to create outcomes that boost confidence while maintaining authenticity. Above all, patient safety, comfort, and trust are at the center of my practice. I strive to create a welcoming environment where clients feel heard, informed, and excited about their aesthetic journey.

Ashley is a passionate and dedicated communications professional specializing in public relations. With three years of experience prior to Arabella Boutique Med Spa and over two years with our practice, she has developed a profound understanding of exceptional customer service and the importance of cultivating meaningful connections with clients.
Ashley takes immense pride in getting to know our patients on a personal level, ensuring they feel valued and empowered. Patients genuinely appreciate her warm demeanor and attentive nature. With her unwavering commitment to excellence, Ashley goes above and beyond to create an inviting atmosphere where everyone feels welcome from the moment they enter our doors.
In addition to her strong relationships with patients and staff, Ashley’s calming presence helps maintain a serene environment, contributing to a positive experience for everyone in our med spa. She is committed to her professional growth, continuously pursuing education in operations, healthcare management, and marketing. Through seminars and training across the United States, she ensures that she stays current with the ever-changing landscape of our industry.

Hannah is an ambitious and compassionate third-year nursing student at the University of St. Francis, where she is pursuing her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN). As both a Medical Assistant and Patient Care Coordinator at Arabella Boutique Med Spa, she brings warmth, professionalism, and genuine care to every patient interaction.
Inspired by her mother, Rhonda Policandriotes, RN, Hannah plans to follow in her footsteps—beginning her nursing career in the ICU before eventually pursuing a future in aesthetics. Growing up surrounded by her mother’s dedication to caring for others instilled in her the same values of empathy, compassion, and service that define exceptional nursing.
With her strong foundation, clinical training, and heartfelt commitment to patient care, Hannah is on her way to becoming an extraordinary nurse devoted to making a meaningful difference in the lives of others.
Jaqueline Pantoja
Patient Care Coordinator | Student Nurse
Jaqueline (“Jacky”) is a nursing student entering her second year, driven by a passion for the beauty and wellness side of medicine. She is inspired by how nursing blends healthcare with artistry—helping people feel confident, cared for, and empowered both inside and out.
Jaqueline began her journey at the College of DuPage, where she earned her Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification, and later transferred to Chamberlain University, where she is pursuing her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN). Her goal is to build a career that unites compassionate patient care with the aesthetic and wellness aspects of healthcare, reflecting Arabella’s philosophy of confidence through care.
Tatiana Sanchez
Patient Care Coordinator | Student Nurse
Tatiana is a compassionate and dedicated healthcare professional who strives to make every patient feel valued and cared for. As our Patient Care Coordinator at Arabella Boutique Med Spa, she brings over two years of experience in guest coordination, where she developed exceptional skills in patient relations, organization, and service excellence.
A Certified Nursing Assistant, Tatiana has completed 40+ clinical hours of hands-on patient care, reinforcing her belief that true healing begins with empathy, communication, and trust. She is currently pursuing her nursing degree at the College of DuPage, inspired by her passion for making a meaningful difference in the lives of others.
Michael Policandriotes
Intern: Financial Analysis | Client Relations
Michael brings discipline, leadership, and dedication from his service in the 82nd Airborne Division of the U.S. Army to his current pursuits in finance. He is studying finance at DePaul University in Chicago, where he is building expertise in economic principles and investment strategies.
As an intern at Arabella Boutique Med Spa, Michael applies his skills in financial analysis and client relations, gaining hands-on experience in the healthcare industry. In addition, he works at Ralph Lauren in Oak Brook, where his strong work ethic has earned him multiple top sales awards.
With a solid foundation in finance and a passion for growth, Michael is committed to excelling both personally and professionally.
