Rhonda Policandriotes began her nursing career in the ICU, where she practiced for more than 20 years. During her role as a hospital nurse, she became educated and trained in aesthetic medicine, which she found to be her new passion. Rhonda is a master of full-face correction, face design, and aging intervention as one of the top-requested injectors and trainers in the Chicagoland area. She empowers her clients with her education-based approach, and she places safety and efficacy in the highest regard when caring for her patients.
Rhonda received her nursing degree from the University of St. Francis and her medical aesthetic training at The Aesthetic Advancement Institute. She has studied with many of the top plastic surgeons, dermatologists, master injectors throughout the United States, and international pioneers in aesthetic medicine. She earned her Certified Aesthetic Nurse Specialist (CANS) certification through the American Society of Plastic Surgical Nurses (ASPSN). Rhonda has additional certifications in sclerotherapy and natural growth factor injection treatment for facial rejuvenation and hair restoration, and laser physics and safety. She has achieved certification by several pharmaceutical companies for her experience and skillful injection techniques. She provides training to physicians, nurses, and other medical professionals in cosmetic injection techniques and procedures with Botox, Dermal Fillers, and advanced techniques, including cannulas.
Rhonda was voted “Top 100 Injector” in the country.
Dr. Yates received his undergraduate training and medical degree from Northwestern University and his residency training and general surgery from Howard University Hospital. He was also fellowship-trained with critical care and trauma training from the University of Maryland. Accomplished follicular unit extraction (FUE) and robotic surgeon – Dr. Yates is the leader in surgical and medical hair restoration in the United States, serving the Chicago area and Midwest. He offers state-of-the-art options for all hair loss suffers. Dr. William Yates was the first hair transplant surgeon in Chicago and the Midwest to offer FUE. Yates has mastered the technique of FUE and has taught other surgeons to perform this difficult and minimally invasive method of hair transplantation. Dr. Yates has also authored numerous medical articles and holds a Medical Device Patent that he invented.
Jessica is an aesthetic nurse injector who focuses on enhancing natural beauty while emphasizing an anti-aging approach using multiple modalities, including injectables, lasers, and medical-grade skincare. She takes the time to listen to her patient’s concerns before recommending a treatment plan to achieve aesthetic goals. She has a gentle approach and can put even the most nervous patients at ease.
Her love for non-surgical cosmetic procedures is reflected in her patient’s superb outcomes using Dermal Filler, Kybella, PDO Threads, and Neurotoxin. Jessica has her Bachelor’s in Nursing from Olivet Nazarene University and a Bachelor’s in Biomedical Science from the National University of Health Sciences. She is currently completing the nurse practitioner program at Chamberlain University. She takes many continuing education courses to keep up with the newest products and technology in aesthetic nursing to be sure she is offering the most up-to-date treatments and best procedures to reveal the best results.
Christine has been a Registered Nurse for 15 years and a Family Nurse Practitioner for ten years. She received her nursing degrees from the University of Illinois at Chicago. She has held a variety of positions as an NP in family medicine, from urgent care to integrative medicine.
Christine has always held an interest in wellness, prevention, and maintenance of youth, and she believes in a careful and holistic approach to healthcare with a strong focus on patient education. Christine loves spending quality one-on-one time with each patient to educate and prepare them for procedures and treatments.
Kate is an experienced Patient and Clinical Care Coordinator. She is driven by her passion for the world of aesthetics – where medicine meets beauty. She takes pride in providing each patient with the knowledge, confidence, and care they deserve while navigating their aesthetic journeys. Along with her many certifications from aesthetic companies like BTL, Crown Aesthetics, and more, she is an autodidact who read and studied vicariously to develop the skills she incorporates into her work. She plans on further developing her education in both Aesthetic Nursing and Business Management at College of Dupage, while also learning from her colleagues at Arabella Boutique Med Spa and the world of aesthetics.
Our Director of Operations, Kate, is driven by her passion for the world of aesthetics – where medicine meets beauty. She takes pride in providing each patient with the knowledge, confidence and care they deserve while navigating their aesthetic journeys. Along with her many certifications from aesthetic companies like BTL, Crown Aesthetics and more, she spent countless hours on developing the skills she incorporates into her work.
Hannah is a second-year ISU student majoring in Health Science with a minor in business. She is a health and fitness enthusiast, with a focus on weight lifting. Hannah also volunteers her time at the Human Society and GoodWill. She will be a part of the Arabella team during the summer and scheduled breaks from ISU.
Brittany has a diverse background of over 14 years in Human Resources and the Business Operations field. She has experience launching Human Resource Operations with startup organizations, small to mid-size businesses, and eventually moved into consulting. She is driven to strategize, develop and integrate the Human Resource processes and improve business efficiency to create a healthy, successful, and sustainable work environment.
